The BOOST Program and the Foundation for the Los Angeles Community Colleges is not able to, nor responsible for, determining how BOOST payments may impact eligibility for other benefits and programs for specific individuals.
Participation in BOOST is voluntary. Participants may exit the program at any time by notifying BOOST at BOOST@laccd.edu.
Impact Unlikely - According to current CalFresh guidance, payments from Guaranteed Basic Income (GBI) programs like BOOST are not considered as income and will most likely NOT impact CalFresh eligibility.
